#teamlovelysomethings is small but mighty and we’re now looking at the possibility of adding two part-time positions to the family.

Things are always moving and changing here at Lovely Somethings, so we need you to be as committed as we are to making this a happy place to shop and work.

Musts for candidates for both positions:

  • Love paper! Don’t worry we email non-stop too…
  • Hardworking, self starters
  • Love people, like for real – and will go to all legal lengths to satisfy our customers
  • Ability to adapt to anything thrown at them, you may wear many hats
  • Pleasant personality – you don’t have to be outgoing, but you must be kind
  • Highly organized and always follows through
  • Pumped to learn new skills, with confidence
  • Valid driver’s license and your own transportation for printer/shipping runs
  • Proper phone/email etiquette

Details for both:

  • Roughly 20 hours per week, to be discussed. These part-time positions could evolve into full time and even into management or more down the road, for the ideal candidates. You must be a team player and problem solver, no day is the same. As we are small, you must be proactive, sometimes self directing and have a great willingness to learn.

Retail Associate

  • You MUST be available to work weekends [Saturdays (10-4) AND Sundays (12-4) during the holiday season] & remain in the area for the holiday season
  • Previous retail experience in a boutique is weighed heavily
  • Helping customers with their purchases and gift wrapping
  • Inventory receiving, merchandising and restocking products
  • Shipping internet orders
  • Daily duties around Lovely Somethings
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office
  • Knows your way around an iPad

Production Designer

  • Mastery at all Adobe Creative Suite programs (print based: inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, minimally)
  • Graphic design experience (portfolio will be reviewed)
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and your own transportation for printer/shipping runs
  • Eye for detail – producing and check proofs
  • Pro at multi-tasking as we are constantly juggling client’s design work as well as in-house projects
